Ultra High Quality Cleanroom Film Slitting
Superior Slitting specializes in ultra high quality cleanroom film slitting and rewinding of most plastic film types. Slit width capabilities range from:
- ½ inch to 67 inches, with diameters from 18 inches to 30 inches.
- Parent roll sizes can be up to 72 inches wide and 36 inches outside diameter.
“Class 10,000” Cleanroom
Superior Slitting, located near Richmond, Virginia in Colonial Heights, provides static control, and performs all film slitting inside a specially designed cleanroom and uses only cleanroom compatible equipment and supplies. Our “Class 10,000” cleanroom, specialized equipment, highly technical and competent personnel with combined experience of more than 50 years in film making and slitting, insure the highest degree of cleanliness, quality film slitting, film winding and product parameter control.

Special Packaging and Design and JIT
Special packaging and packaging design is available for products. We maintain accurate records of product inventories, and provide complete documentation for each shipment. We additionally warehouse both processed and unprocessed goods in support of JIT manufacturing schedules.
